Job Description


Votre contribution:

  • Assurer le support technique outil de diagnostic automobile pour le marché Français;
  • Troubleshooting des FAQ;
  • Offrir un support après-vente pour le logiciel de diagnostic spécifique;
  • Identifie et fournit la documentation technique nécessaire aux ateliers;
  • Enregistrement des dossiers traités;
  • Communication aux clients actuels ou potentiels via des appels;
  • Fourniture d'informations, de consultation, répondant aux questions, gestion de sinistres, etc;
  • Service, incident et demande de traitement;
  • Identification des besoins, légende d'opportunités, extension du service, suivi des cas, etc;
  • Offres soutien technique et professionnel, résout les incidents.


Qualifications


Profil recherché :

  • Français Fluent;
  • Expérience de travail dans les Garages (agréable à avoir);
  • Expertise en diagnostic, réparation automobile et pièces détachées (agréable à avoir);
  • Forte orientation á le client;
  • Traitement des applications informatiques, IT général de savoir-faire souhaitable;
  • Une première expérience en tant que technicien diagnostic est un plus;
  • Orientation client avec de bonnes compétences en communication;
  • Esprit d'équipe, proactif, initiative, l'efficacité et la qualité axée sur le domaine d'activité;
  • Flexibilité de travail;
  • Gestion de stress et tolérance à la frustration.
