Your Main Activities Are

  • Validate every new entity creation and update in the referential CRDS as per defined procedures
  • Provide support and advise to CRDS administration team based in Mumbai
  • Identify data inconsistency and contact the right stakeholders for remediation
  • Manage the off boarding client process (No Relation) in accordance with defined procedures
  • Perform other setups and controls (market data, other data) in accordance with defined procedures
  • Ensure that all requests and actions are relevant and in full respect with BNPP Internal procedures
  • Manage stakeholders? relationship via emails and phone
  • Contribute to KPI on a daily basis and provide visibility on the production and issues to the Management
  • Work with the project management teams on different projects related to Third parties data
  • Contribute to any project which impact its perimeter whenever required by the Management

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Law or Business Administration
  • Experience in organizing and prioritizing workload
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
  • Team player, with genuine interest to facilitate other?s work
  • Rigorous and risk aware
  • Time and priority management
  • Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment

About the Team

Client Management is a department focused on Clients and its main mandate is to provide BNP clients with high quality services according to their needs and expectations, while being aligned with CIB Businesses? strategies. Client Management department covers IT, Operations and Transformation. All these teams share a common motto: create added value for Clients while protecting the Bank.

The Core Referential Data System (CRDS) is the CIB Referential database for entities (Direct or Indirect clients and third parties) and for some static data (bank holidays, geography and market data references) used within CIB.

CRDS is the Golden Source for all CIB Clients? data. The system is key to comply with different regulations and distribute properly all these data to the systems in relations.

CRDS feeds a wide range of internal CIB systems:

  • Front-Office (Deal capture & booking systems)
  • Middle or Back-Office (Operations Systems)
  • Finance systems
  • P&L Reporting systems
  • Risk & Legal systems
