You are the resource for all sales onboarding, refreshers, training, as well as document and content management. This role is pivotal for the team?s day-to-day activities, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information and training as our product grows and evolves rapidly. You will maintain the team?s documentation in Google Drive Confluence and others as needed. You will be a subject-matter expert on Pipedrive as a product and the processes the teams utilize to win new business. You will be responsible for looking at new and effective ways to enhance refreshers and onboard new joiners.


What you'll do:

    • Identifying training needs and preparing original training materials, quizzes and curricula for the Sales teams
    • Providing in-depth training for Sales reps about tools we use
    • Cooperate with other departments and coordinate new feature releases with PMs to prepare the Sales department
    • Organize schedules for all trainings
    • Stay up to date with all product improvements and understand the technical aspects of the features
    • Own Sales Playbook updates and Rules of Engagement updates
    • Create, revise and update documents related to trainings (content management in Confluence)
    • Provide refresher training as applicable
    • Subject-matter expert for all sales tools and processes
    • Stay up to date with all Pipedrive features
