Missao

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a project in the Retail Sector that provides functional support and works closely with developers to identify new capabilities and improvements to existing business processes enabled by Salesforce.

Perfil

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst;
• Experienced in the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus);
• Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact with stakeholders;
• Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution;
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira is a plus;
• Positive attitude and always willing to support our business stakeholders and end-users;
• Salesforce certification is a plus;
• Fluent in English language (spoken and written);
• Be able to communicate, analyzing and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
