Your Main Activities Are

  • Produce, analyze and report KPI related to the Group Integrated Functions? processes, as data receiver
  • Participate in the control framework of OMS, in order to guarantee the expected level of data quality and accomplishment of KPI, as data provider
  • Participate in the KPI monitoring and reporting processes within all levels of responsibility in the OMS framework
  • Develop and follow action plan within all levels of responsibility in the OMS framework.
  • Account for a culture of Data Quality in everyday tasks
  • Communication:
    • Being an often point of contact in OMS, act as a contributor of the team in its relation with clients and their data providers, respecting the communication workflow established for budget, forecast and actuals processes of the Group Integrated Functions
    • Active engagement with the OMS sponsors: Cost & Group Functions (SMR) and clients (Functions)
    • Being outspoken about the identification of areas of improvement and furthermore contribution to an efficient and wider scope of the team Activity
    • Acting with involvement, trust, transparency and close partnership to the direct management and colleagues, helping to promote an inclusive environment and a constructive feedback environment inside the team
  • Following Territory and O2 Platform Governance
    • Collaborate with BNPPPT Territory and Oxygen management on their missions, values and social responsibility activities
    • Work in partnership with all Oxygen departments, to help promote the platform?s strategy
    • Contribute to all the requirements related with the O2 platform structure and Governance, and the new Group booklet
    • Ensure contribution to all IG, ICC and BMC requirements affected to OMS activity, in order to support the Manager

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Educational background: University degree, preferably related to Finance/Management
  • More than 3 years of overall professional experience in Management Controls area
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will be a plus
  • Confidentiality is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
  • Assertiveness and resilience
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Good planning and organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Advanced English is mandatory; must be capable to maintain fluent conversation

  • Technical skills: MS Office (standard)

About the Team

The Overheads Mutualized Services team is responsible for centralizing the ?Corporate? performance management activities related to the Group Integrated Functions, and providing it to Cost & Group Functions, who monitors and integrates all Functions? results into Group databases. Within this mission, OMS monitors and supports the performance of the Group Integrated Functions? about their report of BAU costs, FTE, invoicing and allocations, and animates their budgetary and actuals processes. Under this context, it is also OMS responsibility to reinforce the Business Lines & Group Integrated Functions accountability about the Group norms, controls and standards in terms of costs monitoring, reporting, allocation and rebilling.
