Hi! We're looking to hire and set up a team in Lisbon for our business (we provide digital courses in abstract art - check out www.instagram.com/thisisartify).

Main responsibilities:

a) Help with new course launches

• Bringing ideas for next courses

• Finding new artists to collaborate with

• Being responsible for the whole process of creating a new course (helping with production, taking care of agreements, product control)

• Collaborating with the content team to bring the product to the finish line (copy, marketing materials etc)

• Helping artists create a structure for their course in line with the company's vision

b) Creation, overseeing and management of other creative tasks

• Being creatively engaged in the development of new things (website development, affiliates etc)

• Help with managing the product development?

c) Tech (we do not expect you to know these)

• Managing sales pages (knowing our sales pages top to bottom and implementing any changes necessary)

• Helping to organize data

• The course set up in Teachable

The right candidate should have amazing communication skills, be organized, good with planning and setting up systems but also having experience with product development / digital courses. This is a senior position and we do expect you to have plenty of experience in the field. We do need someone who can execute but also bring new ideas to the table and push this project further.
