Job Description

Job Skill Data Library is a Bosch global database and platform for jobs- & skill-related information (non-person-related) based on consistent criteria (job family, job role, skills & competences incl. levels. The foundation for mapping external & internal trends with regards to predicting, planning, building/advancing, finding, and discovering human capital. The basis for a comprehensive and well-working skill-based workforce management.

Your contribution to something big:

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the company?s corporate IT division in Germany. In our, dynamic and multicultural support team we take the responsibility of M&S related topics for our HR IT systems from the global application specialist perspective that oversees the activities all around the world.

Our team is looking for a Global Application Specialist who will be responsible for Maintenance and Support activities worldwide for the Job Skill Data Library, assuming the following responsibilities:

• Plan and manage strategic development of platform (via regular releases/ sprints) together with the product owner;
• Implement and provide solutions as per the business requirements;
• Investigate recurrence and patterns of support needs to design holistic solutions. Liaise with subject-matter experts where escalation is needed;
• Collaborate with Application Owner, IT developers and other support teams;
• Continuous process improvement, collaborations, and regular alignments with relevant stakeholders for topics such as: Interfaces, Data Security etc;
• Coordination of Change requests, releases, and updates;
• Responsible for all M&S activities with the team in India.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or similar;
• Previous Experience in Talent Development / Talent Management, Organizational Development and experience with IT systems or applications support is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Word, Power Point and Excel);
• Logical, structured, proactive, and effective way of working within international virtual teams;
• Global mindset, Team oriented, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Experience in data analytics and analysis with tool usage skills such as PowerBI, Tableau or SAC;
• Knowledge in Data Science and algorithm development would be an advantage;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German is a plus.
