Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

The Process & Industrialization Engineer is responsible for investment, planning & controlling, ordering MAE & EWAK, machine project approval with supplier, sample production, equipment final approval, continuous improvement, and support on the shop floor for all the sections under his responsibility.

Main projects under his responsibility:

  • PCI´s for Compact4;
  • Relayout of identified sections according to the Master Layout of the Plant;
  • Implementation of TT VAN154 on CKD´s and other sections under his responsibility;
  • Other continuous improvement actions & BPS (Bosch Production System) activities.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • 1-3 years of mechanical engineering experience or similar;
  • Knowledge on technical content of P-FMEA, Machine Approval Process (APEQ), MAE Approval, A3, 8D, Investment Planning & Controlling, Ordering MAE & EWAK; Machine Project Approval with supplier, Sample Production, Equipment Final Approval, Stamping, Machining, Copper and Assembly;
  • Autonomy and initiative;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Efficiency and collaboration;
  • Flexibility and resilience;
  • Problem solving mindset.
