Your new Role
Reporting to the Global Controller, you will be responsible for managing the controllership team and its operations on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate execution. As the Operational Controller, you will be responsible for key aspects of the financial reporting of the Company, as well as the definition and implementation of internal processes and controls that ensure increased efficiency and compliance.
What you need to Succeed
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Management / Accounting , with experience in similar functions (at least 5 years) preferably in a SaaS/Technology company. This person must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Big4, preferably in Audit/Assurance and strong knowledge of IFRS GAAP (being US GAAP a plus) and Statutory Portuguese Tax Requirements & rules.
The perfect candidate needs experience in Netsuite or SAP ERP and fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, with proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
