Nestlé Business Services NBS) is currently looking to strengthen their team with a Cash Collection Junior Specialist ?Italian Speaker (M/F) for its offices in Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras (Lisbon).

Main responsibilities:
Executing daily activities and functions in Collections accurately and timely, mainly:
- Customer/account queries to ensure that sales ledger balances on Customer Accounts are clean;
- Learn and deploy collection techniques for due and overdue balances on customer accounts, maximizing On-Time Payment for all Customers;
- Notifying Senior Collections Specialist on risks of debt so they can undertake mitigating actions.

Ideal Profile:
- Master degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics (of benefit but not essential);
- Previous experience in Accounting/ Finance/Economics;
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2/Native);
- Fluent in English (C1/C2/Native);
- Experience using SAP;
- Prior experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage;
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented.
