Comparamais is an online comparison site that helps consumers find the best rates for energy, telco and banking products in Portugal. The founding team have extensive experience in comparison businesses and the company is now owned by Lendo Group, one of Europe's largest fintech groups. As a result, we are looking to significantly grow our Portuguese business and are looking to make key appointments to the team.
The Performance Marketing Manager contributes to the success of the team by managing all digital acquisition and branding campaigns, defining requirements, collaborating with design, and working closely with development to implement, A/B test, measure, refine and deploy new campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all lead acquisition campaigns through paid channels
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and paid social campaigns
- Track, report, and analyse PPC initiatives and campaigns across Google Adwords and Facebook Ads
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
- Research and analyse competitor advertising to understand trends and identify opportunities
- Carry out cohort and profitability analysis of campaigns in order to optimise and scale initiatives
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
- Experience of having run search budgets to deliver successful business outcomes
- Experience of running significant digital marketing budgets in a B2C environment
- Proficient in analysing data
- At least 3 years experience in digital marketing
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
