Husqvarna - a global producer of outdoor power products for forest, park and garden care, watering products and power tools for construction - is looking to strengthen its structure with a Global Process Lead.
This professional will be responsible for the implementation of a new software system ERP and implementing a standard framework for global processes, based on process standards in the ERP, manage and with the mandate to take design decisions for the functional process. The Global Process Lead is also responsible for specifying what fully needs to follow the global process and which areas can be adjusted locally, managing the communication with colleagues regarding process feedback, exceptions and further improvement opportunities. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of super users and SMEs within their process globally, to understand as-is processes, consequences and impact on the business.
We are looking for a professional with bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance or related subjects, with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role, focused on implementation of a global process. We value profiles with project management skills, ability to work cross functionally and an experience of ERP systems. As well as previous know-hows in structure and planning skills, process driven, strong drive for results, good business understanding and strong knowledge in IT planning tools. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
