Job Description: *
In this role, you will work closely with various departments viz. Sales, Marketing, Support, Services, Finance that use Salesforce. Your goal is to leverage Salesforce features and customize and maintain it on a continuous basis, transform it into an effective tool for the end users of the organization.

Main Responsibilities: *

  • Improve and customize Salesforce for Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Support and Finance functions. Work with SME's (subject matter experts) and develop views, reports, and dashboards. Perform coding and programming as needed.
  • Download Salesforce data for review and data cleansing and upload data to objects.
  • Develop/maintain views, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Design and develop workflows in Salesforce
  • Create new objects and modify existing objects
  • Assist in project scoping with phases based on priorities.
  • User administration and security.
  • Ongoing application support and data entry support.
  • Recommend, implement, and integrate relevant applications from AppExchange, including mobile application to enable field sales to access and edit data.
  • Managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Workflow, data validation
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
  • Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning, and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed

Required skills: *

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, testing, administration or implementation experience in software companies
  • Salesforce Admin and consultant certifications
  • Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, MySQL, Trigger, HTML and JavaScript
  • Should have thorough understanding of configuration options
  • Extensive experience in customizations, configurations in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Worked with Organization Wide Defaults, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules and Manual Sharing to implement Record-based sharing
  • Created Workflows and Approval Processes to meet the Business requirements of the client
  • Used Tab permissions, Record Type permissions and Field Level Security to implement Component-based security
  • Created and maintained Marketing Campaigns, Campaign Hierarchies, Lead Queries, Assignment rules, Web- to-Lead and Auto-Response rules
  • Worked extensively with Salesforce AppExchange
  • Working experience in Jira/Need to work on JIRA as a admin
  • Experience in Tools like Force.com IDE, Apex Data loader, Workbench and Ant
  • Experience with Lightning Flows, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce DX development tool.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a Product based company is preferred
