German Speaking Finance and FP&A Senior Associate (Multiple Positions)

What you will do

Let?s do this. Let?s change the world. In this vital role you will support the delivery of the day to day FP&A activities for your assigned regions (e.g. South Europe). You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting business planning and decision-making through financial analysis.
  • Contributing in the preparation of the budget, quarterly forecasts, and the long-range plan by collecting and consolidating the OPEX data from all business partners.
  • Driving data quality and integrity in all reporting systems and ensuring all are accurate.
  • Driving to identify and implement continuous process and system improvement.
  • Supporting FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projects.
  • Supporting Year-End and Quarter-End end close.
  • Performing control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment).
  • Supporting the timely production of monthly forecasts of sales trends in coordination with business analysts.
  • Adapting, supporting, and contributing to the growth and the affiliates and ACCP.

Required experience and skills:

  • University Degree, preferably in business or a finance related subject.
  • 3+ years working in a finance related field ideally Finance Planning and Analysis.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact and influence personnel across functions and levels.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Qualified or part qualified accountant.
  • Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and ANAPLAN as a plus).
  • Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
  • Clearly explains processes and procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages.
