Fórum Selecção is looking for a Purchase to Pay Business Analyst (M/F) for a corporate banking client.
The candidate will be in charge of business analysis activity on Account Payable.
Main activities:
- Conduct plan, analysis, expression of needs, validation of specifications and test of IT delivery with constructive interaction on each step of the way;
- Report regularly on activity to contribute to adaptation of the plan, take points of attention into consideration, can raise awareness with appropriate judgement;
- Have an analytical and structured approach for proper set-up of specific parameters;
- Always take into account coherence with Core model and consequences of choices on the run mode to set-up sound Solutions.
Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Information Systems and/ or Business Management related;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory;
- French is a plus;
- Prior significant experience on SAP roll out projects (with SAP FI CO, MM, SD modules)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with international mind-set;
- Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in an Agile mode;
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organisation skills.
- Availability for a temporary project with na estimated duration of 12 months
Schedule:
- 8h daily, between 9h and 18h
