As a Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with some of the top companies in Portugal, helping them to source, recruit and hire the best talent in the market. You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including: * coordination of team who will focus on sourcing and interviewing candidates * managing existing accounts * closing searches and helping on-board candidates into their new roles * bringing on new business You will work hand-in-hand with some of the most talented companies in Portugal searching for Finance, HR and Legal middle management and executive professionals, and, as the Technical Recruitment Reference for our clients, you will help them to build their teams by placing talented professionals within their organisations. To succeed in the Recruitment role, you will enjoy working in a team-focused environment, and be keen to develop your career in a recruitment-as-a-business model with us here in Lisbon. You will also have: * 2-3 years of experience working in a technical role as a finance professional in a multinational environment. Previous experience in Big Four is highly valuable as well customer-facing role at the same area. * A passion for recruiting and the finance, HR and Legal area.
