Tasks
For a big name in banking we are looking for customer advisor agents. You will support the Card division by telephone and in writing. Your tasks:
- Editing questions about the account, username or password;
- Clarification of questions about financial overview and postings;
- Provision of information on various Card Solutions products;
- Information and assistance for app users;
- Processing reports on lost or stolen cards;
- Please note that for this position, both good Dutch and English, in oral and written form is required.
