This Business Manager will have a specific focus on supporting Financial Management, Sourcing, Vendor Management and Communication processes. The scope of activities will cover Analytics Consulting and the Data Office for both Portugal and Paris. This mandate requires the coordination of international stakeholders, a clear understanding of the various processes and transversal view on the activities and project of Digital and Analytics.

Your Main Activities Are

• Act as the reference point for all budget/ actuals/ invoicing related topics for the team, including management of deadlines
• Coordination of budget requirements (e.g. FTE & training needs) with team members and validation with senior managers
• Preparation of budget presentations to senior management
• Monthly analysis of the portfolio of projects including the data quality management, monitoring of actuals vs budget, the processing of invoices
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment process in Portugal (both with HR and external vendors)
• Act as the reference point for SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Manage and coordinate Analytics Consulting participation into external events and sponsorship (i.e Academic and data science events etc?)

CIB Analytics Consulting (AC) consists of 60 people based in Paris, London and Lisbon. Reporting to the CIB Chief Data Officer, Analytics Consulting is an in-house center of expertise on Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. It is at the forefront of the data transformation of BNP Paribas CIB and the team is constantly evolving. It helps internal entities (primarily CIB) better understand and use internal & external data. It offers dashboarding, advanced analytics capabilities and AI applications to its internal clients in response to their business needs.
