About the job

The SLA Management Officer supports the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activites that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage Service Level Agreements (drafting, validation, signature, archive, and renewal processes) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services
  • Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the insourcing of intragroup activities
  • Perform the operational management of the databases, reportings and associated governance
  • Participate to regulatory and market watch campaigns on outsourcing
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the governance, methods, processes and tools of the team
  • Support when required internal audit or IG missions

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit & risk management
  • Excellent command of English. French is a plus
  • Previous experience in an investment banking and/or strategy and management consulting would be appreciated
  • Proficient command of Microsoft tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Energetic, proactive, determined, drives change, positive, goal-focused and consistent
  • Create an open and supportive atmosphere, encouraging others to express themselves
  • Capable of delivering impactful presentations to the internal clients
  • Proven emotional and situational intelligence to influence positively clients towards change

About the Team

The Smartsourcing & Management Office Practice supports BNP Paribas Portugal growth and transformation by providing advisory and end-to-end services for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities. The team, made of 40+ individuals supports all business lines and entities of the Group operating in Portugal and has developed over the years a solid experience and expertise to delivering nearshoring projects, industrializing the execution phase while complying with outsourcing policies and regulations.
