With our innovative software solution, we digitize providers of events and experiences. We enable them to distribute their offer through their own website as well as external portals such as GetyourGuide, Musement or Viator.

What you?ll do:

  • Drive our Sales Performance by managing the complete Sales, Onboarding & Success processes in our CRM System Salesforce in cooperation with our Salesforce Team and our Sales Leaders
  • Diagnose the need for sales enablement tools, select and implement best in class Sales Enablement Software and other technology tools, which facilitate the lives of our Sales Development Representative and Account Executives
  • Lead standardization of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity
  • Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching
  • Determine sales collateral needed for the sales teams and coordinate translation into different languages
  • Partner with Sales Team, Marketing and Product to ensure accuracy and consistency in client-facing communications across all Sales, Onboarding & Success Teams.

What we?re looking for:

  • You have at least two to three years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales Operation Role, best case additionally in a Sales Role
  • You have a very good knowledge of B2B companies and their sales processes
  • Knowledge of Sales Enablement Software is essential
  • You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • You are a Salesforce expert: Knowledge of Salesforce is a must
  • You are an active listener and can understand the requirements of the sales team
  • You have excellent language skills: A very good level of English, additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish will be considered a plus
  • You are used to work remotely and organize yourself and your tasks accordingly
  • You possess great communication skills and you can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders within the organization
  • Strong skills of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
