Residential Property Manager

We?re expanding! We?re looking for an outstanding, highly motivated and dynamic individual(s) to join our lovely team

Job Description?

To oversee the administration of all property lettings, management and compliance of Managed by Landlords rental stock?

Such duties are:

-Liaising with clients, tenants, contractors regarding all maintenance and compliance issues?

-Answering enquiries via work phone, email or business WhatsApp?

-Using our cloud-based system Gnomen to oversee day to day administration tasks?

-Booking in business appointments and site visits via cloud-based diary system?

-Organising new tenancies, renewals and contracts to be sent via electronic system?

-Managing property maintenance and repairs

-Content creation for social media as required (with support with our marketing team)

-Any other duties deemed operationally necessary to the running of the business

Desired Qualities?

? Essential:

-Excellent communication skills in English - written/verbal?

-Ability to work under pressure?

-Extremely friendly personality and telephone manner to uphold our brand values?

-Good working knowledge of using cloud-based applications and software?

-Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently with some supervision?

-Extremely consciousness in providing only the finest customer services?

Desirable but not essential:

-Knowledge of property software (Gnomen)

-Working knowledge of the property industry?

-Customer service experience?

Core hours will be between Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30 pm (UK time) on a weekly basis (working 3 weekdays a week; some flexibility on which days is available). For those who wish, ad-hoc additional hours to include holiday cover and weekends, if wanted, but these are not essential. Pay is ? 11.50 per hour.

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Initially the role will be self-employed/limited company basis with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.

Location - Working from home, supplied with work mobile and headset to access remote call system. You must have access to own laptop, Wi-Fi and anti-virus software to be able to access cloud-based system?
