The Group is headquartered in Geneva and it?s establishing a Financial CoE in Lisbon.
Your new role
As the Group Business Reporting & Tools Manager you?re expected to be responsible for business reporting (definition, implementation, development, collection and assure the quality of Business KPI data) as well as tools implementation, development and maintenance including Data warehouse, Analytical and Budgeting tools to support the business operations in order to improve transparency and analytics capabilities. You will have the responsibility to build and lead a team of finance and systems professionals.
What you need to be successful
Degree in Finance, Economics, IT systems or Business with strong interest in IT as an enabler;
Solid experience in Finance Systems, such as Data Warehouse, Analytical Tools (Oracle Analytical Cloud), Budgeting Tools (Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud);
+10 years of experience in a financial and international environment with implementation of financial systems;
Strong interest for business performance analysis driven by standardization and automation;
Fluency in English.
