Job Summary

Infrastructure and Cloud Services Team is part of the overall IT in Euronext and is responsible for road-map, architecture, design and on-boarding of Cloud Infrastructure in Euronext. ICS is accountable for delivering Infrastructure & Platform solutions for Euronext supporting both business applications and shared infrastructures.

The Team Lead of Infrastructure & Cloud Services will work with Engineers, Architects, Operations and Support staff, being responsible for the uptime and resilience of the AWS Euronext Platform (following the AWS shared responsible model).

Department

The Infrastructure & Cloud Services Team is responsible for running and maintaining the Euronext stock exchange infrastructure on the on-premises datacenters and in Cloud. The key responsibilities are to support Production on 2nd and 3rd level in all infrastructure and Cloud technologies, systems, network and security, database and AWS.

This Team is also responsible for delivering new solutions into production: design, implementation and transition to RUN.

Key Accountabilities

As Team Lead of Infrastructure & Cloud Services, you will:

• Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available for multiple internal users and external customers;

• Work with software architecture team to define infrastructure and deployment requirements;

• Work with finance team to control the cloud budget and optimize costs;

• Work with InfoSec teams to oversee cloud security;

• Work with project management team to align resources required for projects and delivery dates;

• Liaising with AWS TAM for ongoing issues and roadmap (qbr);

• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code (cloudformation);

• Building the effectiveness, productivity and performance of the cloud resources on the team;

• Identifying and working to remove obstacles to the team productivity;

• Supporting team members with a focus on personal development;

• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools (Dome9);

• Support deployed Infrastructure on AWS (L2/3 On Call Rota);

• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas;

• Design, build and iterate the cloud network that spreads multiple AWS Accounts/Regions and On-Prem;

• Build, maintain and troubleshot the infrastructure as code pipeline (deploy process and security testing).

Profile and Skills

Euronext is looking at the following profile:

• 10 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, system administration or operations;

• Experience as a team lead preferred;

• Strong Experience with AWS implementations;

• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments;

• Knowledge of all components of an technical architecture;

• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes;

• Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies;

• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work;

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management.

Education and Knowledge

• University degree or equivalent;

• Stay aware on the newest cloud technologies and concepts;

• Fluent in English.
