What you will do

The Talent Acquisition Manager manages ACCP HR Talent acquisition services to ensure that Amgen hires the best talent through an efficient, cost effective process and by creating a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You oversee the sourcing and management of talent selection. You will support the growth agenda of the ACCP and support the integration of activities into the team through transition and creating a sustainable talent pipeline.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible to ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience of Talent Acquisition services at Amgen.
  • Responsible to support the execution of talent acquisition plans.
  • Responsible to partner with local HRBP?s, Talent Management and clients to assess current pipeline of successors for identified key roles.
  • Responsible to support execution of the Amgen recruitment strategy.
  • Responsible to produce specific TA Metrics for quarterly and annual TA business reviews.
  • Responsible for creating a talent pipeline in line with overall strategy of the HR function.
  • Responsible for managing 2-8 direct reports.
  • Responsible for supporting the continuous improvement agenda.
  • Responsible for monitoring ACCP Talent Acquisition service levels and satisfaction to ensure that outputs meet the agreed expectations.
  • Responsible to lead data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to optimize the Talent Acquisition process.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic team manager with customer focus and a problem solving and result oriented mind set. You are able to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing in a logical manner.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject.
  • Minimum 4-6 years mixed experience with a successful track record in HR talent acquisition or general HR operations role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of HR Talent Acquisition services.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Overview of the end to end candidate selection process including candidate screening and interview experience.
  • Fluency in other languages.
