About the job

This position is within Group Strategic Sourcing Services - Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, responsible for both ?Run the Bank? and ?Change the Bank? streams of activity, supporting the Reporting needs and solutions of BNP Paribas.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Defining the reporting related business requirements in line with Invoice processing purchase-to-pay Core Model and enforce de need and the benefits of the report catalogue
  • Capturing client requirements, propose the most adequate solution in line with Core Model Reporting Architecture and report catalogue
  • Defining testing procedures and plans, and organize tests
  • Designing standard reports in SAP Business Objects InfoView environment, available for end users
  • Defining, developing and executing client dashboard data, and operational KPI reporting data
  • Accompanying internal clients on the right use of the tool, including documentation and training sessions for end users
  • Supporting and Developing of Junior Resources within the team, when applicable
  • Applying Quality & integrity criteria to his/her perimeter/scope of responsibility

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor?s degree in business intelligence / management / finance /economics / accounting or similar
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in reporting related activities, preferably in SAP based environments
  • Previous experience with Dashboard and KPI based tasks is mandatory
  • Knowledge in Data warehouse solutions, such as: SAP BW, Microsoft SSAS/SSIS, IBM Datastage, Informatica PowerCenter or other is a strong plus;
  • Reporting solutions: SAP BO, Microstrategy, Oracle BI, Tableau, Qlik or other is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MM/SD modules is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency in Office tools Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and to report to management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to integrate a diverse multicultural environment and promote a strong team spirit
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with international locations
  • Knowledge of foreign languages : English (B2 Level, CECRL certificate) mandatory and French is a plus
