Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

The purpose of this role is to lead and support staffing processes for Bosch Global Business Services (GS) in Lisbon and, also, to active source for hard to fill positions in Portugal.

• Screen Applications and conduct interviews in English and Portuguese
• Communication and consultation with Candidates and Hiring Manager/ HR BP
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions within GS
• Active Sourcing: Searching, identifying and engaging with potential Candidates on Social Networks and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy attractively
• Support lean and candidate-oriented processes for Recruitment & Active Sourcing

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• Languages: Portuguese (C1) and English (C1)
• Previous experience in HR and / or HR shared services
• Recruiting experience is highly preferred

• Data affinity, experience in direct search in social media;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer and service orientation;
• Self-organized, autonomous and proactive.
