Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Technical Writer within the Heat Pumps team, you will:

• Be the documentation resource in projects, responsible for planning, collecting of basis data and creation of documentation including handling of reviews and translations;
• Create technical documentation for installers, by close corporation with project team developing new products to guarantee the correct installation of our products;
• Create technical documentation for end-customers to describe how to use the Heat Pump in their homes;
• Plan and administrate ordering of translations from basis documents into finished documents in different languages and for different brands;
• Contribute to new ways of delivering technical information such as internet, apps, video clips and on product information.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Academic degree within the scope of Technical Writer education;
• Ability to explain technical things in an understandable way to different target groups;
• Excellent knowledge in English writing;
• Good knowledge in FrameMaker, Illustrator or other layout and graphics software;
• Knowledge of working in CMS and experience of collecting technical data and present it in a structured way;
• Resourceful and driven by structured and independent work;
• Experience with Heat Pumps is preferable;
• Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions;
• Results oriented and pro-active attitude;
• Being a good team player;
• Good communication skills.
