Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.


Job Description


Our Data Governance Team, operating in Lisbon, is looking for a data consultant to integrate this agile and dynamic team with the following responsibilities:

  • Implementation of a worldwide data governance framework in HR
    • Implementation and further development of a data governance strategy
    • Definition of data principles, policies, processes
    • Establishment of a change management process
    • Definition of metadata
  • Providing continuous support and consulting in HR Data Governance topics;
  • Interface with relevant Stakeholders, Data Maintenance Organisation and Process Owners;
  • Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities in current and future processes and methodologies;
  • Be part of an Agile Data Team participating in all aspects of planning, definitions and taking ownership in some key topics.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Computer Sciences (IT), Business Management or Social Sciences;
  • Knowledge in Data Management is highly valued;
  • Knowledge in MS Office;
  • Proficient English (Working Level), German or other is a plus;
  • Global disposition, team focus and strong (intercultural) communication skills to be effective in international virtual teams;
  • Service mindset: empathy, patience, positivity to provide solutions to internal clients;
  • Agile, Business Process management and/or Project Management knowledge methodologies is a plus.
