We are recruiting an Industrial Controller for a multinational in the pharmaceutical sector.

Descrição

• Issue regular reports of area main operational and financial KPIs: Sales, Area Costs and Site Report.
• Manage all area financial and operational information in Qlikview system.
• Prepare, monitor and control the annual departmental budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan.
• Prepare, monitor and control the annual validated products performance forecasts (3Ps) to ensure product margins are achieved and accurate product valuation.
• Support to Project Managers monitoring manufacturing project costs to assure budgeted costs / expected margins are achieved.
• Monitor the annual product tariffs (direct and indirect costs) for all product recipes to ensure accurate product valuation. Ensure all product process orders are properly settled and closed to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Provide financial training to operational manufacturing areas to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures.
• Provide financial and accounting regular advice to all manufacturing areas.
• Participate in manufacturing projects kick-off meetings to anticipate and mitigate eventual fiscal and financial issues ensuring compliance with current legislation.
• Participate in weekly area planning meetings.
• Lead financial projects within the manufacturing area. Facilitate both end of semester Site Performance Review and annual
• Formal Performance Review.

Perfil ideal

• A candidate with University degree/ MBA in Finance or Business Administration;
• Someone with 3-4 years of professional experience as Controller in a industrial environment;
• A candidate with general knowledge in corporate governance;
• Someone with knowledge of reporting tools (SAP);
• Someone with technical accounting expertise;
• A candidate with experience on application of IFRSs;
• Someone with capacity in dealing with financial audit and internal audit;
• Someone fluent in English language Accuracy, responsibility and integrity Analytical thinking;
• A candidate focused on team work;
• Someone with good communication skills Proactive.
