WHAT YOU WILL DO

Let?s do this. Let?s change the world. In this vital role you will design automated actions to accelerate the validation, containment, eradication, and remediation of security incidents.

  • Design innovative solutions that bridge technology, process, and human input to accelerate the response to escalated security incidents.
  • Manage a library of response plans to common information security threats, performing regular updates as security tools, security controls, and the Threat Landscape changes.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional team members and provide technical guidance to other automation and orchestration analysts.
  • Take initiative in discovering use cases in which automation could help and partner with service leads to create and prioritize business use cases.
  • Collect, enrich, and use data from third party and proprietary security tools to customize plans.
  • Ensure timely and effective identification of anomalies and drive continuous improvement of existing scripts and subtasks that enable broader playbook execution

  • Advanced knowledge of a scripting language, preferably Python.
  • Ability to work in Linux and basic understanding of SQL language.
  • Familiarity with REST API standard methodologies and usage.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience.
  • Must be team-oriented, placing priority on the successful completion of team goals.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, UNIX, SAP, Amazon Web Services, Azure, etc.
  • Practical Knowledge of Information Security standards and policies like ISO 27001/27002, NIST, and others.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIPP, GPEN, GWAPT, GSEC CRISC, SSCP.
