Digital Transformation Analyst (m/f/d)

The responsibility of the IT FIN Hub ? Digital Fin is to support cross-functional topics for the Region Europe, and Global Organization; together with the execution of horizontal activities for defined services and projects; having a strong focus in reporting within the IT FIN Organization.

The incumbent will support the IT global and regional in terms of reporting, contribute to the integrity of the financial books and provide analysis to the IT FIN GH organization, as well as for the IT Finance management. The role will suit an enthusiastic individual seeking a permanent opportunity within a large global organization.

As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will:

• Coordinate reporting activities within the regional organization.
• Support the regional organization in the execution of the different financial processes.
• Contribute to the execution and control of efficiency and other process improvement programs using innovative technologies.
• Support the Budget & FC preparation, on regional level.
• Have a key role in the digitalization and automatization of financial processes.
• Ensure all financial tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analyze financial records and maintain the partnership with all relevant parties.
• Produce ad-hoc financial information.

To make a difference, you must have:

• Being able to negotiate in English (high level is mandatory).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel; Access)
• Bachelor?s degree or similar in Finance.
• Technical knowledge in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is strongly recommended. As well as interest in new technologies and AI solutions.
• SQL knowledge is welcome.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies is welcome.
• Basic SAP knowledge is required (specially FI/CO module).
• Experience in Accounting and Controlling (1-3 years).
• Flexibility around working hours at peak times.
• Passionate about changes and challenges.
• Willingness about working in a multinational environment.
