JOB DESCRIPTION:
We need a skilled Cybersecurity Architect with a Business Developer attitude to support the sales team. Must be able to help identify business opportunities, assess potential needs and deliver qualified opportunities.
Good interaction with clients or potential clients is fundamental, so a very confident and assertive attitude is necessary to promote the company ideas and benefits. Responsible for designing security solutions, must have knowledge of architectural and design principles and the ability to explain them, also must be able to provide recommendations for improvement and mitigation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for selling and supporting the firm?s complete product and service offering;
• Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Responsible for accompany prospects through the customer journey.
• Responsible for designing solutions and creating proposals.
• Proactively manages and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
• Identify New Business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge in the fields of Information Security and Cybersecurity with 3+ years of work experience in Information Security;
• Previous experience in business development or marketing fields.
• Bachelor degree is appreciated;
• Must be a good communicator and have skills like listening, empathy and persistent.
• Ability to work as a member of a team;
• Strong organizational skills and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required.
• Ability to undertake and complete tasks independently.
• Languages:
  • English (Spoken and Written): Mandatory
  • Portuguese (Spoken and Written): Mandatory
