Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

As part of the Residential Heat Pump development team, you will be responsible for developing and designing components for heat pumps. As part of your role you will be required to design, maintain, and release engineering deliverables, such as:

  • Generate 3D CAD Models, including assemblies, and generate 2D technical documentation;
  • Tolerance Analysis (2D, 3D, Statistical);
  • Create component specifications, such as MOS (Material Order Specification), materials for components, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and create BOM (Bill of Material) for all assemblies;
  • Produce designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation and timing;
  • Support samples order and build to validate the solutions;
  • Optimization and quality improvement of existing components and cost reduction of existing appliance platform.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Experience in specification of new components, material selection, tolerance chain calculation;
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods;
  • Knowledge of software CAD 3D, proficiency in Siemens Unigraphics is a plus;
  • Knowledge of PLM software ? proficiency in Siemens PLM Software (Teamcenter) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Product Engineering tools;
  • Problem solving mindset, results oriented and pro-active attitude;
  • Good communication skills and capable to work in a team environment;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
