Description:
We are looking to add an SEO specialist to our growing team of passionate digital marketers. The SEO specialist will be responsible for optimizing and managing SEO campaigns across multiple industries. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, excelling at individual contributions while supporting the overall marketing team. This position requires experience with keyword research, on page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, and link building.
Responsibilities:


  • SEO strategy: plan, manage, execute multiple SEO campaigns, including setup, strategic development, campaign organization.
  • Keyword research: use keyword volume, competition data, and search intent to choose keywords appropriate to client brand/ size/ industry.
  • Content planning: drive SEO and content strategies including generating high-quality, relevant content for company audiences and managing the end-to-end content creation process.
  • Technical SEO: ensure client websites are technically structured properly for organic search success (canonicalization, robots.txt files, sitemaps, internal link structure, site meta data, page speed, proper site/ page structure/ schema, proper page URL structure).
  • Local SEO: manage local digital footprint for clients, optimizing Google My Business profiles, creating local citations, optimizing location-based website content and site structure.
  • Design, implement, and strengthen topically focused content sections to improve SEO performance and user engagement.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, SEO best practices and the latest algorithmic updates.
  • Hands-on experience in external link acquisition, preferably with established online content publishers or SEO agencies that serve such clients.


Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 2 years? experience in SEO or an SEO-related role
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with site audit tools such as Screaming Frog and Netpeak.
  • Experience with competitor analysis tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS.
  • Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
