For our shared services center based in Porto, our Risk & Governance Department is currently seeking a

Global Security Officer M/F - Permanent Contract in Porto

The Global Security Officer will be integrated in the Risk Management team, assisting the development of the Global Security frameworks. She/he will be in charge for the following responsibilities.

Global Security framework / Tranversal activities:

Promote the identification of risks in the scope of Global Security and ensure the follow up and development of any preventive / corrective action;

Participate in the creation and development of the normative documents and guidelines related with its areas of responsibility, and control their enforcement;

Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the staff;

Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced security and risk culture;

Develop the existing reporting framework and contribute to the organisational committees related to its perimeter of intervention.

Specific Information Security

Ensure the consistent follow-up of the risks identified, as well as the actions defined as being necessary to develop the local information security framework;

Contribute to the Group cybersecurity control framework, by adopting an internal control framework sustained on the activity best practices;

Investigate and analyse cybersecurity alerts and incidents;

Participate in the human and organisational actions associated with the development of the information security maturity, including access control.

Specific to Business Continuity

Advice, support and contribute to the implementation of the business continuity & crisis management framework in Cardif Services

Contribute to the performance of the necessary formalization, follow-up and reporting of the business continuity & crisis management framework according to Group requirements;

Contribute to the set-up and maintenance of a risk-approach consolidated strategy based on and activities? impact assessment

Contribute to regularly testing the strategies and performing the relevant notification and continuity exercises.

Specific to Physical Security

Ensure the physical security framework is aligned with the guidelines and existing risks;

Advice, support and challenge the implementation of the people & premises security requirements

Specific Data Protection

Contribute to the day-to-day activities related with the implementation and development of the data protection framework;

Ensure the execution of the actions required to prevent the occurrence of data protection incidents;

Identify the data protection alerts requiring immediate attention and deploy any corrective / preventive actions, including its escalation and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Degree and/or experience in a relevant field of competence such as Business Administration, Information technologies, Audit, Security ...
  • A previous experience in relation with information security required.
  • Specific experiences in relation with business continuity is a plus
  • Fluency in English ? Portuguese is appreciated, French is a plus.
