The Project Manager - Deployment position is part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services (GS2S) - Purchasing Solutions & Digital department staffing, and is in charge of managing deployments of the One Sourcing Solution tools. Your Main Activities Are

  • Participate in the implementation of the new projects in the organization (definition and follow up of the plan, actions, resources, and others)
  • Support the systems implementation and act as a ?bridge builder? between all involved teams (Business and IT related)
  • Partner with both local and international Managers to support the development of GS2S organization
  • Verify and monitor that the required documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes (thus ensuring GDPR and Compliance requirements)
  • Plan, follow, and close, diverse systems related projects
  • Collect and present data needed to manage consolidated dashboards (KPI and others reporting)
  • Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Assess risk and provide risk response plans
  • Perform Operational and Permanent Controls on all projects
  • Contribute to transversal support activities of GS2S

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business administration, IT, Information Management, or other related areas
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Consultancy or Advisory Services
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting related workflows, as well as of ERP systems, is mandatory
  • Strong team spirit
  • Fast learner and ability to understand processes and the business
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritize
  • Quick self-starter, dynamic and pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing environment and with international locations
  • Ability to ask the right questions
  • Strong negotiating, unblocking situations and result oriented skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to synthetize and express complex technical concepts in a simple way to management
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory and domain of French is a strong plus
