Overall purpose of the Role

You will be helping ConvaTec purchase what it needs when it needs it. You will support key business areas with their purchasing goals and prevent delays in purchase requisition and invoice approvals. Your role is key to helping the P2P team and the wider ConvaTec business meet their milestones in 2021. You will interact with every part of the business, from junior marketing analysts, technical support teams up to finance controllers and Vice Presidents.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• High level understanding technical workflows, ideally in SAP;
• High level understanding of the P2P process, specifically from PR creation through to Invoice approval and Payment;
• Detailed knowledge of creation, amendment and maintenance of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders;
• Experience in producing training material and delivering training to end users;
• Experience in route cause analysis and fault finding within a process and engage in process improvement steps based on findings;
• Experience in working with technical teams, performing user acceptance testing;
• Good communication skills both verbal and written as well as an ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Education/Qualifications

• Degree in Management (desirable but not mandatory)
• Recognized Finance qualification preferred
• SAP Experience (Mandatory)

• Good level of English - B2

• Good customer service skills
