THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to work within our Technology Enterprise Architecture, leading the main activities for Solution Definition and Enterprise Architecture Assessment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate and drive the evaluation, conceptualization, design and integration of major new capabilities into the Corporate Applications and Systems landscape, ensuring architecture and technology guidelines.
• Assess and Understand our Corporate Applications and Systems Landscape, maintaining tools and documentation, and promoting best practices, and ensuring update processes
• Improve our Corporate Application and Systems Landscape, by identifying and designing key architecture components, defining guidelines and best practices, and establishing documentation standards
• Help plan technology strategies, considering both technical and our needs.
• Work with Application, Systems and business teams to promote organisation and culture.
• Design simple solutions to complex business problems ensuring availability and performance.
• Provide global technical guidance for architectural design, from individual applications/services to distributed systems design.
• Work with vendors to understand and challenge key technology solutions
• Search and research new technologies
• Partner with 3rd party providers on more complex projects
• Report initiative status to senior management within technology and with business stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

• A professional with 6+ years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Application Manager or Implementation Consultant with the following competencies:
• Experienced designing and implementing key Application Components for Corporate Architecture (ERP, HCM, WMS, etc.)
• Experienced using information integration frameworks and platforms to achieve business goals
• Experienced with modern architecture models and new platform trends
• Broad understanding of Corporate Security, including technology, processes and data protection (GDPR)
• A professional with Awareness, Training or preferably Certification in Architecture (TOGAF) industry practices
• Knowledgeable of key corporate business processes (Finance, HR, Commercial, Purchase, Sales, etc.)
• Good at leading, following and getting out of the way
• Structured approach to solving problems (thinking creatively)
• Experienced working in the different software implementation phases
• Proud of the quality of your work
• Fluent in English - verbal and written
