Your profile

  • Successfully completed Master?s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling or in a related field, ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications (e.g. MBA, CFA)
  • 6+ years of professional experience in an international company, ideally with working experience in a multi-cultural background
  • Experience in organizational transformation, digitalization and change management projects combined with experience in organizing and leading workstreams in agile environments
  • Profound understanding of digitalization / automation implementation for end to end process optimization
  • Preferably experience in Treasury & Corporate Finance departments
  • Outstanding analytical and financial skills accompanied by excellent oral and written communication capabilities, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of partners
  • Business-fluent proficiency in English
  • Strong team player, strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution, strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a highly demanding and dynamic environment as well as ability to work collaboratively across functions, regions and cultures

Your responsibilities

  • Contributing to the definition of the future target organization incl. roles & responsibilities with focus on the headquarter transformation and driving its implementation
  • Development of a global standardized activity split as well as its implementation
  • Identifying optimization potential (digitalization, simplification, standardization, outsourcing) in the TCF organization & process landscape
  • Actively steering the change & transformation of TCF in the Headquarter until the end of FY24 including target achievement tracking in alignment with the TCF functions
  • Identifying and bundling activities suitable for a best cost country approach, including steering the transfer of respective activities
  • Preparing & hosting workshops globally with changing SE internal participants in alignment with regional finance target operating models
  • Coordinating project controlling in the TCF organization & to the program management
  • Ensuring & preparing adequate change management communication towards relevant stakeholders as well as collaborating with a team of internal and external experts throughout the project
