Your contribution to something big:

• First point of contact for the business units for purchasing activities;
• Manages projects from innovation phase until end of production (EoP);
• Interfaces between Business Unit (BU) and Purchasing Direct Buyer (PDxy) for strategic and operative topics;
• In charge of change management (ECR = Engineering Change Request) for purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP = Ratio Project Planning);
• Represents Purchasing up to Executive Board Level;
• Responsible for achievement of project goals (cost, quality, deadlines, budget and capacity);
• Participates in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) team, coordinates SE work at the supplier;
• Considers series experience / lessons learned in SE;
• Responsible for technical supplier discussions (TSD);
• Coordinates and drives Ratio Project Planning (RPP) worldwide on purchasing side, participates in RPP teams.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a similar university degree;
• Experience in project management;
• Experience in development, technical marketing, technical sales or purchasing activities;
• Committed, proactive and results oriented;
• Business fluent English.
