The position

Position available for a Market Research Assistant to play an integral role in our continued market development as you look to identify, target & help penetrate major companies in the renewable energy industry.

This is an ideal position for a passionate & ambitious marketing professional looking to utilise their skills & experience whilst developing their experience further in a niche & lucrative industry.

In this position, you will work closely with others in the Engineering Services division to help with the continued growth of the department. You will be tasked with the proactive identification of potential clients as well as the best approach to securing them as a customer. You will work closely with others in the department & your effective research will be used by the BDM team to drive up more business across an established & profitable business unit.

This role is ideally based in Porto, Portugal, however other European Sites can be considered for the right candidate across the UK, Germany & NL. Flexible home can also be considered.

Primary responsibilities:

Your daily work includes:

• 
  Identifying the top planned projects in Civil, Renewable and Rail industries across key European and global markets
• Identifying the planned or likely responsible organisations and other companies associated with these projects
• Identifying the key decision makers in the process
• Collate all relevant information and use this to support Business Development colleagues with furthering growth in the division

Professional Qualifications / Experience:
