Responsibilities

• 
  Manage a controlling process or a site controlling team for a number of sites
• • Closing analysis and support
  • Fixed costs analysis - SG&A, R&A,Plant & Functions
  • Analysis includes budget, commentary and variance analysis
  • Variable costs analysis
  • Analysis includes budget, commentary and variance analysis
  • Sales analysis and commentary
  • Run the R&I developmental Capex Process for business units
  • Minor Capex files and post audits
  • Develop dashboarding to ensure customers have easy access to information
• Manage team to ensure deliverables are met
• Ensure accuracy of data
• Work closely with customers on questions and needs
• Provide meaningful analysis and commentary
• Troubleshoot issue
• Work closely with Platform management to ensure high quality work delivered to customers
• Work on improvement initiatives
• Drive the use of analytics and dashboarding

Perfil ideal

Education and Experience

• 
  Bachelor or Master in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics
• 7 to 10 years, preferably in industry context

Skills

• 
  Previous controlling experience
• Working knowledge of Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, Anaplan is a plus
• High end data user, collaboration tools
• Ability to manage a team but also to do day to day work
• Problem solving and ability to work on projects
• Ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable activities
• Ability to work with both finance people and non finance people
• Ability to multi tasks
• Fluent English ; other European languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
