You come with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist / OD expert / OD consultant;
- BA in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field;
- Exposure to wide HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc);
- Knowledge of employment legislation;
- Proficiency in English C2 in the European Language Framework.
Your day in Conectys:
- You will manage bidirectional communication and basic education of business leaders and staff regarding HR 4Ps;
- You will manage communication and basic education of local HR team members concerning the team/department to which the HRBP is allocated;
- You will be supporting allocated teams / departments? management to achieve business KPIs and effectively implement HR 4Ps;
- You will be supporting OD processes by ensuring adequate implementation of diagnostic and action planning activities;
- You will report on people-related activities and results at the allocated teams / departments / site level;
- You will manage end-to-end two Organizational Development Key Processes by creation, communication and implementation of said 4Ps, including content, tools and services;
- You will manage projects in accordance with Conectys approved Project Management methodologies.
