About Your Role


As the Data & Campaign Manager you?ll build and maintain all necessary marketing, prospect and client data to support the continual growth of the business. You?ll leverage and use that data in marketing campaigns, which you?ll also manage the distribution of. You?ll take ownership of various digital marketing channels and drive both traffic, interest and response to content. You?ll own the contacts universe and ensure its accurate, appropriate, and aligned with our strategy.


You will?

  • Own contacts database and CRM mechanism
  • Manage and build overall digital marketing campaigns (social & email)
  • Create and grow email lists to support communications and onboarding campaigns.
  • Identify, measure, and analyze opportunities to boost marketing database
  • Measure and report every campaign?s success ? changes, growth and gaps
  • Use necessary analytics to inform, direct content and campaigns
  • Develop a strategy to become a knowledge leader on our market, our contacts, and engagement level


Who we are looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor?s degree in business or marketing preferred
  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience of marketing analytics platforms
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
  • Demonstrable intellectual acumen
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment (we are a start-up)
  • High level of enthusiasm and desire to learn. Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (eliminatory - only applications submitted fully in English will be considered ? your manager won?t speak Portuguese).
  • Nice-to-have:
    • Knowledge of cleantech / sustainable mobility industry
    • Other languages (Spanish and Other European)
