For our NBS Lisbon Order to Cash (O2C) department, we are currently looking for a Reference Data Specialist. Reporting to Reference Data Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered and support Total Service Quality levels to the Stakeholders, adhering to standardisation.
A day in the life of...
- Setup and maintenance of all data impacting Order to Cash Processes which is not defined as Company Master Data;
- Perform periodic activity relevant review´s with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
- Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs;
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).
What will make you successful
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics;
- Previous Customer Service and/or O2C experience;
- Previous Supply Chain experience - advantage;
- Proficiency in English and French;
- Proactively looks for opportunities to improve in order to meet service expectations.
