The Master Data Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing Master Data and business process information, to provide insight and recommendations into system and organization improvements, from a business perspective. Will participate in the design phase of rules and procedures that will guide the overall management of MD related to Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain processes, business data definitions, standards, quality rules and SLA.

You will be trained and coached to become a subject matter expert and use your innovative skills and knowledge to contribute in new process and system improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities:
  • Generate reports in appropriate format using basic software; reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness; identifies issues;
  • Analyze model outputs and generate reports to provide recommendations to key partners. Effectively communicate and present results to the partners and senior management;
  • Work with supply planning, demand planning, product life cycle management (PLCM) and other cross-functional groups to prepare charts for integrated business planning (IBP) meetings;
  • Help providing troubleshooting, testing and training;
  • Partner with operational areas, Master Data analysts and specialists to help resolve issues and answer Master Data related inquiries; appropriately escalating issues to ensure timely resolution;
  • Works with business & technical resources to design, implement, test and validate changes to Master Data governance model and clearly communicates impacts across all subject areas;
  • Provides support to technical staff to integrate Master Data across software systems;
  • Assists with development of Master Data standards,
  • Identifies ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users continually.
The skills and capabilities we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Manufacturing Engineer or related curriculum;
  • More than 2 years of experience in one of the following disciplines: Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Logistics, Sales, Procurement and Inventory Management;
  • Understand basic project planning processes, including planning action items and resources;
  • Experience with manufacturing process data and analytics is a plus;
  • Have good communication skills, with a very good command in English (other foreign language is a plus);
  • Be trustworthy and self-motivated and with excellent organizing abilities
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft applications, including strong Excel skills; experience with ERP concept (QAD and integrated Business Planning solutions is a plus), knowledge of databases and SQL;
  • Availability to travel.
