PRODUCT

We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners, to designing and testing hypotheses, to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.

PORTUGAL

Our Portugal offices are located in four of the country's most vibrant cities - Braga, Guimarães, Lisbon and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere. The teams working in Portugal cover all areas of FARFETCH, from Digital Production to Operations, People and Technology. In our Guimarães and Porto offices you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto and Lisbon offices you can immerse yourself in the tech world!

THE ROLE

Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions Team, you will promote product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements to ensure Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) delivering to customers the best personalised luxury experience. As a Platform Product Manager, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work with several product areas of platform (from Product to Supply or Finance) to design the best in-class platform solutions, driving innovation through end-to-end solutions and specialised channels and services, promoting platform scalability.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead discovery phases analysis by exploring diverse problems, joining requirements and its analysis, always with platform scalability in mind
  • Champion the needs of luxury fashion brands and our teams on the roadmap definition, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals
  • Establish and guide platform strategy. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, strategy and prioritized feature backlog for digital product(s)/platform. Promote long-term strategy to the development teams, the product and the broader organisation
  • Be the conscience and ambassador of the Platform, looking at solutions from an end-user's perspective; guide the complete experience, to best outcome possible for the end-user

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in a product management or similar role (5+ years of experience)
  • Someone with developed organisational skills, a half-full attitude
  • Passionate about developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams
  • Experienced in working with diverse teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities, and maintaining product roadmaps
  • Experienced in working with large and demanding companies
  • Proficient in English
