We are currently recruiting for an expanding Shared Service Center, which is looking for a P2P Manager to join its team. You'll be responsible for shaping and guiding the team to the best performance possible and also receive and integrate new countries and services.
Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that adequate workflows are launched
• Ensure the fluidity of the process
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Sustain workplace organization with effective, efficient and timely processes & standardization
• Maintain and support accounts payable procedures
• Manage an expanding and dynamic team
• Integrate new services and countries seamlessly

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
• 7+ years of Financial experience in a Shared Service Center
• 2+ years of management experience
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
