Job Description


Mission:

Active source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels and sources and manage end-to-end recruiting process for Bosch Service Solutions Portugal. You will also be a key element in developing retention programs and initiatives to foster associate?s engagement and motivation.

Detailed responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for Bosch Service Solutions (Portugal) recruiting area, manage full cycle of the recruiting process and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine profile criteria, job descriptions, and create job ads.
  • Assess candidates CV, schedule phone screening calls and plan interviews (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop personalized recruiting strategies according to the unique needs of each project.
  • Be able to source and identify high-quality talents through different sources (e.g. social platforms, networks, and communities)
  • Capacity to multitask and manage various recruiting pipelines simultaneously to deliver quality candidates within established KPIs
  • Represent Bosch Service Solutions as a brand Ambassador
  • Create, develop, and foster talent relationships with past applicants and potential talents. Build talent pipelines.
  • Prepare and develop pre-sales project work (analysis of profile availability, costs, time-to-hire, presentations)

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate with Managers / Team Leads to identify and assess training and development needs, on an individual and team level.
  • Actively create, develop and implement effective retention programs and initiatives to foster associate engagement and improve attrition KPIs.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

Generic competences:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (mandatory)
  • Experience with managing the full cycle of recruitment process
  • Prior experience in Contact Center and digital solutions services is a strong plus
  • Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), with solid ability to make presentations
  • Capable of working autonomously, with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with positive energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to learn
  • Collaboration and team spirit
  • Planning and Organization with orientation to achievements


Training and knowledge:

  • University education, desirable postgraduate or management skills courses.
  • Language proficiency: Portuguese and English
  • Management of common computer and management tools: Excel, Word, etc.
