Real Assets includes Asset and Export Finance, Energy Resources and Infrastructure, and Real Estate Capital Markets teams.


Your Main Activities Are

Support the Credit Portfolio Management teams within Real Assets on administrative and operational aspects related to the deal-life-cycle of the transactions:

  • Submission into the Real Assets credit workflow system;
  • Initiation and follow-up of Know Your Customer requests and client on-boarding;
  • Controls performed on internal systems reflecting the main features of the transactions.

Contribute to transversal tasks upon request:

  • Review of transaction data inputs into for accuracy;
  • Consistency review of data inputs and output;
  • Management of client data base (on and off boarding of clients).

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Graduate (Engineering School with specialisation in Finance or Business School is a plus);
  • Fluent in English, while French is a plus;
  • Excel/Access, VBA skills is a plus;
  • Audit/Accounting knowledge is a plus;
  • Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with different departments (Real Assets, Middle Office, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, etc.);
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong availability, tenacity, initiative, commitment and curiosity;
  • Flexible, good team player;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
